A deeply researched narrative nonfiction work chronicling not only the meteoric rise of Bodacious—the most feared bull in modern rodeo history—but also the parallel rise of the Wolf Pack, the now-legendary bull riders whose grit, rivalry, and brotherhood helped define an era.
Through extensive firsthand interviews with riders, stock contractors, ranchers, and rodeo insiders, this project explores the collision between an unstoppable animal and the elite cowboys who chased greatness against him—often at tremendous personal cost.
More than the story of a single bull, Bodacious: Master of Disaster is a sweeping account of courage, legacy, heartbreak, and the men whose encounters with Bodacious forever altered their careers, and the sport itself.
